SHIPPING
We make all First Aid Kits to order in Melbourne, Australia.
FREE standard shipping Australia wide on orders over $180 or local pick up from Frankston South, VIC.
We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days, and all First Aid Kits within 7 days, subject to the purchaser attending/viewing the Zoom consultation and cleared PayPal funds (if applicable).
If you order contains other products including a First Aid Kit, your order will be shipped in one shipment once i.e. within a 7 day time-frame as per First Aid Kit requirements.
For all orders that do not contain a First Aid Kit, your order will be shipped within 3 business days.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Australia Post will send through tracking information on email once the kit has been shipped.
It is the customers sole responsibility to ensure that they adhere to local post office collection timeframes/deadlines. If the order is not collected from the local post office within the timeframe, a new shipment cost will be billed to the customer to ship a new kit. Unless Express Post is selected, for all standard delivery - no signature is required on delivery and you therefore authorise the post services to leave your order in a safe place.
TAXES & CUSTOMS
Your international order may be subject to import taxes and customs at your border/local post office services.
It is the customers responsibility to pay these duties if applicable. If the goods are returned to Bloom Natural Wellness then a reshipment and handling fee is payable.
PRE-ORDER
Our pre-orders have an estimated shipment date at the point of sale which is disclosed in the product description. Please refer to this and all relevant email updates regarding your order status. Bloom Natural Wellness may need to extend this estimated date by up to 2 weeks. Should your order not be shipped by the estimated date + 2 weeks variation then the customer is entitled to a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
