Directions: shake before use. Apply directly to area of concern - legs, back, abdomen, soles of feet and rub in. If using for TMJ/jaw pain, apply to your hands and rub in to TMJ area.
When first using a magnesium oil spray, it is not uncommon to experience an itching or stinging sensation. This may occur as your body adjusts to tolerating the magnesium, and you will find this reduces with more regular use. Start by using a small amount as you work out what is best for your body.
Some of the ingredients in our spray rest at the bottom of the bottle. Always shake well before use to disperse the ingredients evenly.
Do not apply to broken/irritated skin. It is recommended to test patch prior to regular use.
